This website is operated by Julycode (“we”, “us”, “our”). The site, checkout, content and related tools are the “Service”. By visiting the site or placing an order you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”), and to the policies linked from them:

The store is hosted by Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform.
We may change these Terms by posting a new version on this page. Continued use after a change is acceptance of the new version.
1. Store terms
You represent that you are the age of majority in your place of residence, or that you are that age and have consented to any minor in your household using the site.
You may not use the Service for any illegal purpose, or transmit viruses or harmful code. A breach of these Terms may result in immediate termination of access.
2. General conditions
We may refuse service to anyone.
Content you send (other than card data) may travel over networks and be adapted to those networks. Card data is encrypted in transit and processed by Shopify and its payment partners. We do not store full card numbers.
You may not copy, resell or exploit the Service without our written permission.
Headings are for convenience only.
3. Information on the site
Product photos, colors, dimensions, room scenes and compatibility notes are for general information. Monitor color and room lighting will differ. Do not rely on the site alone for structural, electrical or building decisions.
We may change site content at any time and are not obliged to keep every page current. Historical posts are for reference only.
Compatibility advice (including reviews of photos or room sizes you send) is guidance, not a guarantee that a projector, cabinet or screen will fit or perform in your room.
4. Prices and changes to the Service
Prices may change without notice. We may modify or discontinue any part of the Service. We are not liable to you or a third party for a price change, suspension or discontinuation.
Unless the product page or checkout says otherwise, listed prices do not include shipping. Freight is quoted at checkout or by email. Import duty, VAT and brokerage in your country are yours unless we agree otherwise in writing.
5. Products
Some items are sold only online, in limited quantity, or made to order.
Returns and exchanges follow the Refund Policy. Laser TV cabinets, furniture and theater fittings are generally not returnable for change of mind; defects are handled under the Warranty Policy.
We may limit sales by person, household, address, card or region, and may refuse orders that appear to be for unauthorized resale.
An offer on this site is void where prohibited.
6. Orders and billing
We may refuse, limit or cancel an order. If we change or cancel one, we will try to contact the email, phone or address you gave.
You must give current, complete and accurate billing, shipping and contact details, and a reachable daytime phone number for oversized delivery.
An order is accepted only after successful payment (or cleared wire) as described in the Payment Policy.
7. Custom and made-to-order goods
Custom sizes, finishes, cut-outs and “built to drawing” cabinets start production after we confirm specifications with you. Once production has started, those goods cannot be cancelled for change of mind except as the Refund Policy allows.
You are responsible for the measurements and photos you supply.
8. Shipping, title and risk
Delivery terms are in the Shipping Policy.
Unless the law requires otherwise, risk of loss and title pass to you when we tender the goods to the carrier. Estimated dates are estimates. Large crates may arrive in more than one shipment and may need lift-gate, appointment or ground-floor access.
Inspect the carton on arrival and report damage within the window in the Shipping / Refund Policy.
9. Installation
Unless a package expressly includes professional installation, you (or a contractor you hire) install the product. You must follow the manual and local electrical and building rules.
We are not responsible for wall/floor structure, hidden pipes or wiring, or work done by a third-party installer.
10. Third-party products and tools
Projectors and other branded goods sold in a bundle are covered by that brand’s warranty. We may help you open a claim; we do not replace that brand’s terms.
Third-party tools and links (payment, freight tracking, ads, projector brands) are provided “as is”. Their policies apply. We are not responsible for those sites.
11. Comments and reviews
If you send ideas, reviews or other materials (“comments”), we may use them without restriction or payment, and need not keep them confidential or reply.
You must not post anything unlawful, infringing or misleading, or impersonate another person. We may remove content at our discretion.
12. Personal information
Use of personal information is governed by the Privacy Policy.
13. Errors
The site may contain errors in descriptions, prices, freight or availability. We may correct them and cancel or adjust an order even after you submit it, as the law allows. We have no duty to update every page except as required by law.
14. Prohibited uses
You may not use the site: for any unlawful purpose; to break any law; to infringe intellectual property; to harass or discriminate; to submit false information; to upload malware; to collect others’ personal data; to spam, phish, crawl or scrape; or to bypass security.
15. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Except for the express Warranty Policy and rights you have under mandatory consumer law:
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”.
We do not warrant uninterrupted, secure or error-free use.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Julycode and its officers, staff, affiliates and suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential loss (including lost profits, data or replacement costs).
Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim, or the maximum the law allows.
16. Indemnity
You will indemnify Julycode and its officers, staff and suppliers against claims and reasonable legal fees arising from your breach of these Terms or your violation of law or third-party rights.
17. Severability, termination, entire agreement
If a clause is unenforceable, the rest remains in force.
Either party may end these Terms: you by stopping use of the site; we by notice if we believe you have broken them. Amounts already due remain payable. Obligations that by nature survive (payment, IP, liability limits) survive termination.
Failure to enforce a clause is not a waiver.
These Terms and the policies linked above are the entire agreement and replace prior discussions about the Service.
18. Governing law and consumer rights
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except that mandatory consumer-protection laws of the country where the goods are delivered still apply and are not waived.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights you cannot legally waive.
